The Geek Squad were amazing. I'm not an idiot! I have hooked up many systems before. But the new speakers that I could never get great sound out of them. The Squad hooked them up properly and made system easy to navigate easily between different units in the system. The TV was crisp and they did it all quickly too! It had been frustrating to have these great speakers but not be able to enjoy them as I can now. I had 6 yrs of college! You'd think I coulda figured it out!

No one can beat best buys services. Think, if they can't repair an item fairly quick they hook you up with new unit. Yeaaaa.

Unfortunately, I am unable to attest to the current contractual services re: 2-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection. I have not used it yet. However, in the past I have never had a problem repairing or replacing products using the Geek Squad protection plans.

I highly recommend Geek Squad extended warranty. I have had 2 TVs fail which, were covered by the warranty. Best Buy replaced both TVs no problem. All I had to do was make the phone call; the new TV was delivered, and the old TV taken away. In fact, I upgraded the last time and just had to pay the difference.

There is a lot of comfort in knowing that there is someone available should you need any help at all. From the major problems to the minor questions, there is peace of mind knowing there is someone you can turn to for assurance and peace of mind.

Better safe than sorry. Can't tell you how many times getting a warranty has saved me a ton of money.

We bought a Roku 65” TV plus the 5 yr Geek Squad coverage. We have used Geek Squad in the past on our computer and they fixed it plus retrieved my photos. I highly recommend Geek Squad

I purchased the monitor and it was broken as to wear you couldn’t see it until the monitor was turned on. I didn’t really need my warranty because it was a new purchase however I did my return and replacement through Geek squad and they were polite and helpful

The geek squad is my go to team for everything. I buy all my products at Best Buy and cover it with the geek squad full protection plan

Hopefully don't have to use but will be nice to have if I have any problems with my open box item.

With my bad luck with electronics, I felt that I had no other choice but purchase a 5 year warranty.
