Store manager didn't know how the warranty worked and the sales team was confused, but the phone customer support team was great and made sure I didn't waste my money. Best Buy needs to hire their team back in greater numbers to cut down the wait time, especially at the Geek Squad.

I didn't use the geek squad for this item, although I have heard so many good things about them and thier prompt services.I would definitely use them.

The agents were professional and installed 2 TVs reasonable time, made sure I understood how to work them. Arrived on time! Personable and cared about performing quality job!

Many of my friends tell me it’s a waste of money to buy the extended warranty. I disagree. I had had issues at the 4 year mark and they replaced the item then all I had to do is buy another 5 year warranty. The piece of mind makes it worth it for me. Best Buy has a great geek squad

I came in price checking a tv and after Dean helped me, i left with a 85” Sony! Good tv so far! Dean has excellent customer service & is very polite & professional!! I will look for Dean to help me if needed when i go back!

Geek Squad and Total Tech with Best Buy are a must have. I have had Geek Squad provide the following services: desktop/laptop setup, laptap "wiping", laptop key board replacement, Virus cleanup, and troubleshooting. You should not pass on the support packages.

You can never go wrong with geek squad protection plan. My tv gave out after 3 years and I was issued a gift card with the value of the tv. Couldnt be more satisfied

I will not buy anything without this extended warranty because it is very convenient for me and the staff is very knowledgeable. Every time i ask a question i get a very knowledgeable response.

I had a previous 5 year warranty on my old TV. The picture went bad 1 month before the warranty expired. I was handled professionally all the way. New TV, installation and programming of my universal remote, everything for free. Great warranty.

I always buy Geek Squad insurance for my technology. There has never been a moment when I had any difficulties either replacing or fixing my items.

I like that this is available because anything happens to the item and right away they are available to fix it

Great service. Had previously purchased on my 3 year old tv which Geek Squad could not repair. Offered a new tv to replace the old tv at no extra cost. Needless to say as the previous 5 year warranty was on the old tv, I purchased a new 5 year warranty on my new tv.
