Outstanding service contract. The price was right and the coverage is great. It gives me peace of mind to know that my electronics are covered by a great contract. One might take a chance and go without the contract, but, i'd rather be safe than sorry.

With having two kids, who broke my last TV, it was a no brainer to go with the 5 year warranty! This will be the last TV I have to purchase for a long time, so I wanted to make sure nothing happens to it in the next 5 years!

I honestly don't know how good their service is. I have heard good things, though. I bought extended protection in case something goes wrong with my TV, so hooefully it is good. I honestly hope i dont have to use it, lol.

When I buy any electronics in Bes Buy I get a protection plan too. My experience with those protection plan is very good, fix the electronics or change it if can not be repair.

This product is some great stuff although I don’t necessarily like to shop at Best Buy there are when you really want to get a good deal and you can’t finance anywhere else for the same price as far as washing machines/drawers go they are terrible

Havent had to use it yet but have had a good experience with geek squad in the past.

The protection plan seemed like the thing to get especially after the price of the tv. I recommend getting the 2 year protection plan. I've read reviews saying that after about 2 months the tv goes out. hasn't happened to me but still its a precaution.

If you ever wonder if you need Geek Squad protection, don't struggle. Especially electronics these days.. their life span is short and build quality is not quite guaranteed. Your warranty will give you complete peace of mind!. At least my experience with Best Buy warranty has been always pleasant!

Geek Squad protection is always a plus. Had an incident from the past. A defect appeared months after ownership-Item was replaced with no hassle. It is a pleasure doing business with a company that stands behind what they sell!

We bought the extended warranty when we purchased a TV at Best Buy for our son's room. Any time we purchase electronics for our kids, we generally get the protection plan because we know our kids aren't always gentle on electronics. I hope we never have to use the warranty, but it's nice to know we have it in case we need it.
