Still in great condition had to do a replacement for the remote i had no problems.

TV has stopped working again for a second time. Will not start again for no apparent reason now. The cable modem appears to be functioning normally, but the TV will not light up or produce any picture or sound. What am I to do to restore TV service? Your record will show this occurred before. Got this 55” tv on deal of the day and I gotta say it has a way nicer picture than my previous 65” tv. Sony Oled has never disappointed me. Can’t wait to get my hands on a much bigger one.

Although we couldn’t use them for most of the year because of the pandemic I would recommend them they know what they’re doing. I do believe anybody that had geek squad this year should have added service to the contract for the inconvenience.

Peace of mind. Hope I never have to use it. Shouldn't really have to purchase it, but to many things seem to be made to break down in this throw away society we live in. Really hard to rate until it is needed which of course I hope never happens.
