Only place i buy my electronics.. just make sure to get the warranty

This is an amazing TV! I can't think of any downsides. Perfect blacks and great color!

My TCL, in its 4rth year of service, failed to come on one day. I took it to Best Buy with the warranty paperwork. Less than a week later, I received an email that they were declining to make the repair and that I could come in and present the email and get a replacement TV. That is what we did and the process was seamless and also painless. I am pleased that we had that warranty.

Got just in case, got it for a mid range priced TV.. Have had issues in past with Geek Squad protection plans (had to go to Corp to get it covered as store refused to honor it).. But in the end got the other product replaced. Was told that this would not be an issue this time but only time will tell. Worth it if you have the time to call Corp to make sure you are able to use it should the store refuse..

Other stores would offer warranty but for $100 and some change we got the 5 year warranty couldn't resist a offer like that

I recommend getting the warranty I. Any item you purchase with Best Buy. I have used the warranty on two different items and they honor the warranty and replace or refund what you paid for the item

By far the best protection plan for any TV . I wouldn’t buy a TV without this protection plan ! Tv bought in 2017 just had the screen go out on me , so Geek squad came and looked at it (now being 2022 and the TV is almost 5 years old ) and determined it couldn’t be fixed so I received the full amount of what I had paid for the TV , to purchase a new one. Once again , totally worth every penny and best protection plan that was easy to use and fast to fix the issue.

I'm now retired from Best Buy after working in the Magnolia Department for 13 years, & I'm a "True Believer" in the Geek Squad In-Home Protection for 5 years, on my mom's TV. Her TV is on at least 12 hours a day, & has Roku built in application, & it's 4K ready, so her TV features will be utilized a lot. She's also, bed ridden & her new TCL is her entertainment. If this set should break down (Doesn't cover physical damage), then all I have to do is call 1-8000-GEEK-SQUAD, & they'll come out to service it or replace it !

Geek squad service is a must. If you are buying anything from best buy, it is worth spending a fee bucks for the geek squad protection. I got a sony TV and installed the tv stands. I noticed after my installation that the TV was shaking and it could fall down. I called best buy and the Geek Squad team were very happy to help.

The warranty saved me o this purchase and helped offset the cost of an upgrade later. 5 year warranty was money well spent.

I had an issue with the screen on a 65" OLED LG television. The television was inspected by a technician and was replaced at no charge. I am a very satisfied customer.

It's always good to be able to call someone in when things go wrong. The last time I had a TV just break with seemingly no fix, the technician spent almost a week trying to fix it before I was provided with a replacement. I have always purchased coverage any time I buy a TV from best buy because of that.

My original purchase was on a ROKU tv, which i opted out of protection About 6 weeks later my BRAND NEW tv screen went all scrambled. i panicked being out of the 30 day return window. However when i called the store the gentleman gave me no hassle and allowed me to return TV. While there he talked me and my boyfriend in to buying a better bigger tv. he informed us of all the benifits that come along with the protection plan so we purchased that as well. so far have not had to use on the new TV but nice having peice of mind if anything goes wrong

The agents came out to my house and diagnosed the tv within a minute. Very quick and easy process.

Worth it especially since appliances are but built to last anymore

I have not used the Geek squad for this particular item, but have in the past and they are the best. Quick and knowledgable.

I bought an open box tv. All my purchases at best buy are made with the 5 year warranty. Best bargain by far in this inflation climate we are Experiencing.

1000 % necessary on any and all devices through Best Buy always and I mean always under no circumstances could you ever go without purchasing one of these perfect warranties with zero deductible and from how it was explained to me hopefully Best Buy ensures everything from car home medical and life insurance soon your other Best Buy is to buy a bunch of Best Buy stock immediately no matter what the market looks like right now such as I've done last year it's just as good as Tesla and we'll get even better in the years to come
