My original purchase was on a ROKU tv, which i opted out of protection About 6 weeks later my BRAND NEW tv screen went all scrambled. i panicked being out of the 30 day return window. However when i called the store the gentleman gave me no hassle and allowed me to return TV. While there he talked me and my boyfriend in to buying a better bigger tv. he informed us of all the benifits that come along with the protection plan so we purchased that as well. so far have not had to use on the new TV but nice having peice of mind if anything goes wrong

Good warranty..after buying a TCL ROKU tv which we did not purchase a warranty on and having the sound go out and having a black picture after 2 years of use..we definitely bought a 5 year warranty with this Pioneer Tv..hopefully we’ll never have to use it but if we do we have it!

For electronics and appliances, I always get as much protection as is offered. It pays off!

After doing research on televisions we purchased a LG 55 inch. Brought it back the next day, no hassle return too, because it was just too big for our small living room and the sound was not great either. We exchanged it for a 48 inch Sony Bravia TV. That was the best move we could have made. The picture is crisp, the sound is incredible from the built in speakers, much better than the LG, and it is a SMART TV also. Price was right too. I have to say also that the salesman who helped us was tremendous. Very knowledgeable and courteous. It's nice when you can get answers to questions you don't know to ask. We have never been fans of Best Buy, but I believe this whole experience turned us around. They really know their stuff. Thank You.....

I purchased this plan for my new television because I would never know when it might need service..being on a limited income, I'm watching what I spend and everything counts..while I have never used the service yet it is satisfying to have peace of mind in case something happens.

Had the tv for almost 2 years. LG makes the best TV’s

I think it's important to get the protection plan. The first time I used it was for my dyson cordless vacuum. I got a completely new one because it could not be fixed in the store. But of course for the new one you would have to purchase a new protection plan. I've also purchased it for a TV but since it was my son who threw something at the TV (accidentally) and the screen looked chatterd it definitely was not covered. All I could get back was the protection plan money because it was still under the year I purchased it on.

1st Hisense TV so really felt it was the best thing to do with a 2 yr additional warranty. + the price was very fair

Guys we all know when purchasing items such as tv. It is no brainer "Purchase Protection" for your big ticket item. Few dollars more will add a sense of security and relief, if anything happens to your tv Geek Squad to the rescue!

I've used geek squad warrenty in the past and they do honor there warranty and this plan is price great for product i purchase.

I always purchase this service when i purchase large items. Usually, i do not need the service, but when electronics fail this service is worth every penny.
