Definitely worth investing in. I had an issue with a previous model of my Oled and I was able to exchange and grab a larger screen for a very low cost!

I have used Geek Squad protection for several years. I have always had a pleasant experience. The knowledge and professionalism is what keeps my satisfaction with Best Buy and the Geek Squad. I've started putting Geek Squad protection on everything. There have been a couple times, especially with my desktop computer, where it was very helpful to have their expertise. If its an expensive purchase I just do it. I find the Geek Squad staff to be very helpful and already having a protection plan can really cut down on the cost of fixing a problem.

You should always consider purchasing Geek Squad protection on major tech purchases. They have saved me on several occasions, with a television and a computer that stopped working. I can't imagine what it would have cost me to get my tech fixed without the support of the Geek Squad protection plans. A must.

If I ever have to use the Geek Squad warranty I’ll feel confident if they all are as competent, knowledgeable and courteous as Kelyn.

Helped me just as I needed, was able to replace my TV with a newer version when the backlights blew out.

So glad we got the warranty. My children threw something at the TV and geek squad was easy to communicate with to schedule an appointment.

Unless you want to lose money instead of getting the item repaired/replaced with store credit, I always recommend family and friends to get GSP. it's worth the extra bucks in the event of any issues the item you have develops.

We had purchased a brand new Samsung TV last year and just one month after the one year warranty expired, the TV went caput. Thankfully, we had extended warranty with our credit card company who gave us our full refund to purchase a new TV with a 5 year Geek Squad Protection Plan that we had to use just three weeks after purchase. Highly recommend protection, today, as nothing can be sure to lasts like they once did.

Not many places will come to your home and repair appliances. The geek squad does. Purchase with best buy and get your moneys worth with this extra benefit.

Free in home Geek Squad visits have been very helpful! They migrated data between my two I Macs and are helping me fine tune my Wi-Fi system in the house. The agents even make product recommendations and schedule a future appointment to deliver and install new items.

The only third-party Protection Plan or Warranty offered that I know of that has protection against OLED Screen Burn. This alone made it an excellent puchase for me and allowed me the peace of mind to use my TV without the fear of permanent image retention being a factor.

Great tv. Crisp image good sound. Really enjoy how Roku is apple friendly. I have spple tv , chromecast and Roku wins by a landslide.
