    I love this dumb tv, it's the best. Super light weight with nice sound and picture quality. Adding Geek Squad Protection was a sane & smart decision.

    I read several review for the tv I was about to purchase and there were some problems. The people had the geek squad protection and noted the timeliness and ease of replacing the troubled product with the protection plan. So I purchased it. I hope I do not have to use it but am glad I have it.

    THE AGENT CAME TO SEE WHAT MY ISSUE WAS WITH MY TV HE WAS EXCELLENT IN EXPLAINING THE ISSUES BEFORE ME AND WAS ABLE TO RESOLVE ALL ,I DID HAVE TO UPDATE A FEW THINGS SO I HAD PRE-PURCHASED THE POSSIBLE ISSUE ITEMS AND WAS A GOOD THING CAUSE WE DID USE THEM AND DIDN'T HAVE TO COME BACK ALL DONE IN ONE VISIT,

    When I call Geek Squad and told them that the delivery man just came and dropped off the TV without helping me set it up, they told me not to worry that he would have them turn around to help me set it up, and that put my mind at ease that I made the right decision but getting this warranty.

    Just before my Best Buy warranty expired I needed service. I am very satisfied in how simple Best Buy made using their extended warranty when I needed it.

    I have purchased this for four 55" TV's in the last eight years. And have used it twice. If they can't fix it. They will let you pick a replacement of equal or greater value on any brand. Of course, you pay the difference on any upgrade.

    I normally purchase warranties on all the products I buy, but never use them and the warranties then expire. My television had a screen issue, called geek squad, geek squad came to service my television, geek squad could not fix the problem, television was then exchanged using the warranty. Great warranty!

    It’s all just a big gamble isn’t it. Unless you have had first hand experience with other LG televisions. My LG television just died a little before its 5th anniversary. Maybe the television was on way more than normal during the 2 years of Covid. Anyway, decided it might be wise to have the Geek Squad on my side for this purchase.

    I’m having trouble with the picture freezing when the tv is on for Long periods of time but it’s a nice tv when it don’t freeze it don’t freeze all the time it may have been the settings I had it on. . Samsung works with spectrum for streaming your TV without having to buy additional equipment. Nice TV this is the 24” bought it to fit in my armor you may think this is small but once you start watching tv you don’t notice the size. I also have the 50” in my living room that one is fantastic

    This is a new TV so we haven't had to call geek squad on it. But I bought a TV for another family member recently, and purchased the geek squad protection. It was well worth it they came out to their apartment and took care of the issue. It was a factory defect and Best Buy stood behind The geek squad coverage

    I bought this for my mother when she had her new TV set up. She has already used it and the service has been great. I think they helped her set up her hearing aids to connect to the TV and have helped with other functional things she did not know how to do. Very happy with service.
