I want this plan geek squad it will work for my tv glad I purchase it with no worries

Great picture. Liked the idea of being able to load different apps. Didn't like the fact that the memory was quickly used up after uploading a few apps. We ofteh received a message to uninstall apps to clean up the memory. Overall this is a great TV for the cost. You may need to be a little tech savvy for this one.

Great customer service and very helpful. They suggested upgrade printer with newer technology for Bluetooth to print from phone

I strongly recommend purchasing the Geek Squad Protection for any major purchase you make at Best Buy! We had purchased our TV three years ago when one part of the screen went dark. We called and they sent someone to our house (we are 90 miles from the nearest store), who said it couldn't be fixed. Once their insurance reviewed it, we were given store credit towards a new TV. Pay for the Geek Squad Protection...you may never need it, but if you do, it will be money well spent!

I bought this to extend the warranty on my TCL TV, I wasn't too familiar with the brand so I didn't know what to expect. So far, the TV has been great so I haven't needed to use this. For me, it was worth the money for a little peace of mind. I would recommend this if you are buying this type of electronics.

I add the GSP or GSPR plans to just about every item I buy that offers them. At worst it is like a cheap insurance plan for my new item that I don't wind up using because the item held up great. At best they are there should something go wrong and I don't have to pay the full cost of a repair or replacement out of pocket.

Reasonable insurance plan for 5 years for my new TV unit

Imagine red lines down the tv and you just realized it is a new 80" Enough said Best Buy will make sure that new investment works well beyond you paying it off. I always use my Best Buy credit card. If you look at my photo, you can imagine something going wrong past the manufactures alloted time. With my 5 year I know that for 5 years our family will have a working 65" that if something happens Best Buy will pick it up and bring us back a working unit for 60 months.

Geek Squad was very helpful. They walked me through every troubleshooting step several times hoping to get my tv back in working order the same day but my tv wasn’t having it at all. So with all other options exhausted we scheduled a visit for a couple weeks out and they will be coming to install a new motherboard from my understanding.
