Floor staff uplsold me to the 5 year protection plan. Hopefully i dont regret it

Geek Squad not able to help as product still under manufacturer warranty, but transfered me directly to samsung to get replacement

The greatest thing about the Geek Squad is that wherever I have used them they have always worked things out. And always there if needed.

It's a must buy when I purchase any TV. If anything goes wrong best buy will either fix the item or any issues associated with the TV. Insurance gives me peace of mind that I am covered for any cracks, TV damage, power source damage if TV will not start, anything really.. It saves me from worrying.

The Geek Squad gives you all the reassurance you need with a new product that IF anything goes wrong, you're covered. Samsung has a good warranty but with the Geek Squad behind you the worries are gone.

I got the service because you never know. Glad my 85” tv will be working properly regardless with this service

I'm an electronic dummy. I'm still stuck in the 70's and 80's. Like an old Hippy. This Insignia Fire TV I purchased leaves me in Awe. I am so happy with it it works great

I bought the 5 year as many short warranty TV breaks just after warranty ends, so lets see how long this 65 will last

Geek Squad is the best friend to any big purchase you make. You got questions, concerns they are here for you. I have never had a problem and have purchased Geek Squad with all my Best Buy purchases that I know I will use daily.

Very good quality tv and the 65” fit out layout nicely. Tv remote is a little slow or maybe its the UI but I use apple tv so I dont have to deal with that too much. It does have shortcut buttons for netflix, prime video and disney+ on the remote which is nice. It only has two hdmi ports which sucks for a big tv

It’s always great to have some extra protection for life’s unexpected events, and I like having that peace of mind.

Geek squad service has been great so far. They helped me out in store when I had questions.

The reason for the 4 stars is because of all the problems trying to set up the appointment to come out and install the Tv. I purchased a 55” smart tv. The installation appointment was changed 3 times. Other than that the service was great!!

Usually, I never get the extended warranties, but in today's age of electronics, its a sound investment.

The geek squad know what they are doing and getting the extra protection plan is highly recommended in my book. I was working on my laptop on day, leaned over to grab something and it dropped out of my lap. The screen cracked on it, fortunately we purchased this extra layer of protection, took the laptop to the store and they fixed it right up. Great customer service.

Haven’t had to use it yet so don’t really know it’s worth but I know if you get a good GS rep it’s a good service

It such a peace of mind to have Geek Squad support. I've used them twice and they were a live saver. I use the Miami Beach location and they are very professional - prompt service. VERY Satisfied.
