Have always had good service and response from Geek Squad warranties.

Always good to get 5 year warranty. I had a Plasma TV 15 years ago that went up on me with 2 weeks remaining on a five year warranty and Best Buy offered me a comparable replacement TV or value applied to an upgrade. I upgraded and enjoyed the hugely applied discount and TV.

The agents were very polite and courteous. They even put on bags over their shoes to cover the soles from getting our living room carpet all dirty. Our TV screen had been damaged from a direct hit by a flying drone. Agents went through the process step by step with us and made sure all options were assessed. I recommend buying coverage for all your tech. We’ll worth the purchase.

Really nice for gaming and anything else I say any want looking for monitor or something similar this is the best.

I’ll never not use this service after having an issue with the TV. Take it back no questions asked

4 yrs ago I purchased a High End Sony TV, and purchased the 5-Year Protection Plan. It paid off, when that TV stopped working. Geek Squad came out, advised the TV had to be replaced. Went to Best Buy, got the Protection Plan value, and ended up getting a 75” and a 55” for the bedroom. And a gift card voucher with the remainder of the $$. Didn’t hesitate to add the Protection Plan to both TVs.

I have never had to use this for this tv. Price is decent for a warranty on a tv tho

Purchased this for 65" LCD TV. While I normally don't purchase extended warranties, the peace of mind this provides knowing that I will have an operating TV guaranteed for 5 years is worth the small cost. I have had several large screens fail, so knowing my cost of ownership over the next five years, as compared to possibly having to purchase a new one after the one or two year warranty passes is a plus.

We had a crack in our TV and Best Buy replaced it the next day! We had our brand new TV set up and running for thanksgiving football! Thankful for the Best Buy annd geek squads awesome customer service!

Great plan that takes the worry out of the little things

The agents came out to my home to see if there was a problem with my television. As well they came out to my home to help me find a replacement tv and delivered my new tv.

Peace of mind when you need it. You’ll never go wrong having extended protection for your purchases from Best Buy and Geek Squad.

Seems expensive for the time frame of coverage. Hopefully will not need to use.

had geek squad protection on this tv screen went out so they covered all but a few dollars of the cost of a new model to replace old one....

Love the geek squad. They are easy to talk to and professional.

I like it, I just hate that I can't bring it directly to the store.
