I purchased the Geek Squad protection because I've unfortunately had to use it once before on a 75" TV which was only a year old. The process was quite easy and I received an extremely equitable resolution.

While I technically hope I never have to use it, peace of mind is better than none at all! Made sure to get GSP on my Sony X90J in case anything happens after Manufacturer Warranty expires & I'm glad I did. Sometimes it may seem cost prohibitive, but better to be safe than sorry!

They are great. Very Helpful. I love the 24/7 support they have. My son threw somthing at my tv but because I have the protection I can get the TV fixed.

I have not had to use it yet. And I pray I will not have to. But I am glad I brought it. This is my second TV from Best Buy. I never had a problem with the first TV.

the 5 year plan is worth the piece of mind. i had an issue with my 55 inch television after two years and contacted the geek squad and told them what i was experiencing and the parts were sent directly to me and then an appointment was coordinated with me and repaired in home. i highly recommend the plan.

Produce works just as it should. No issues and customer service was exceptional. I will continue to use Best But gor all of my electronic needs

The geek squad is an exceptionally good value. I was impressed by the professionalism and quality of their work. I only use them to service my computers because they always do a better job than in-house personnel. I've had trouble loading software due to a glitch in the software itself.

5 years of protection is a must! Especially if you're buying expensive OLED TVs

I bought a 55"and a 65" SONY TVS.And then I also had them delivered and mounted.and then I got the warranty for both for 2yrs.I am 100%happy

[Employee of bestbuy] Geek squad serviced my tv. Weren’t able to fix so they gave me store credit for old tv and I was able to purchase a new tv for no cost. Awesome!

Purchased Geek Squad fixed my flat screen TV. There was a problem which was fixed for free by Geek Squad. Took multiple visits but TV did work between visits just with some features not working.

Good price, nice size for a small desk. Curve adds some nice angles to the view.

I purchased this extended warranty because it covers parts and labor as well as in home repair. Even covers damage from lightning! One repair in the five year coverage and it will pay for itself.

I haven’t had to use this protection plan yet because nothing went wrong so I don’t really know how to review this but I assume just having some type of protection is a good thing thus is why the 5 stars.

i would not be without this protection had problem with tv geek squad could not fix due to parts no longer available gave me credit for replacement tv no hassle helpful agents at boardman store geek squad members were outstanding i plan on getting this protection for all future items purchased at best buys

Great picture, doesn’t over heat my sons room, we needed with a smart tv that was big enough to replace his 75inch (Gamer) and this is perfect
