I bought the Geek Squad protection package but I haven't used needed to use it yet.

I have used thi service and they are very professional at what they do

The agents put together all the parts required and assembled my TV in a record time. I cant complaint. The are very responsible abd efficient.

Haven't had to use it yet and hopefully never will. Coverage is great for the price and don't have to worry about my purchase for 5 years.
