Over all I am satisfied. I owned an older model—store bought, new—for 7yrs. before it stopped working recently. so I decided to buy the newest model. I must say I am extremely satisfied. Video, sound, and gaming graphics—all which pair nicely with my ps5–are superb. The size is perfect for the bedroom not to exaggeratingly huge or small and I had to stop using my sound bar because the sound quality of the new tv was exceedigly better—the tv being mounted. Overall extremely satisfied.

It's essential to have this protection because you never know if a device will be good or not. It may come with a manufacturing defect that isn't usually noticed at first, but after a certain amount of use, a problem arises. That's what Geek squad protection is for. Haven't needed to use yet and hopefully I don't but it sure is a nice piece of mind!

A must for ALL electronics. We buy with everything. In fact, bought a TV in 2019. The last I leg broke off 4.5 years later. Geek squad se t it back for repair ( which we knew couldn’t be done but went thru the process). We received a text allowing us to watch the entire process. Less than a week later, we were approved for a replacement. Since our TV was no longer offered, we received a full refund. Who does that for a TV leg? Well worth the extra $59.99, to get $290 back. Con: the refund comes on a Best Buy card so you HAVE to buy your replacement at Best Buy. We don’t mind but you might. Amazon does the same with warranties. We like the Allstate warranty best ( formerly Square Trade) because you get an actual refund but we still love Best Buy.

This option is Greatly a Excellent one. The Geek Squad are Excellent at their job. Best Buy has one of the Best Warranty solving Problems or any issues with Products sold by them.

TV was mounted and looks great. Haven't had any problems 4 years later
