I purchased this protection with the above Samsung TV and wall mount. The previous TV had problems after purchased and was finally replaced with a new Samsung TV with the protections.

They had delivered the TV safely and without any damage

The Geek Squad warranty is one of the best. Its spendy but covers a lot.

Have not had to use the protection plan yet. But what I understand that these OLED TVs can be very pricey to fix and if anything were to arise it sis best to have something backing you up and for five years the cost is minimal!

These guys are the best of the best. They come in and get the job done. We truly appreciate the two guys that has came out to our home. Very professional and they know their job.

Glad i bought this bc when my husband opened his Xmas gift the bottom of the screen from the inside came damaged and a little disappointing when it was an expensive buy.

Geek squad protection plans takes all the worries out if something goes wrong with any of my purchases.

Since this is our very first time purchasing a flat screen TV, I was a little worried about the possibility of future repairs. We are on a tight budget and could not afford costly repairs! I get this protection for most items above 100 dollars and it delivers when things go horribly wrong.

Never had to use this but from what happened to my old TV I went ahead and purchased this just in case. I was a sad day when all I could do was recycle my old 70inch Sharp

Must purchase. My new system works easy and sounds great. I could not have doen this without geek squad.

Buying new technology seems to come with some risk and a $2500 TV is not something I was willing to risk. The extended warranty gives me piece of mind knowing that if something breaks, Best Buy will take care of it for me.

Happy so far especially because not had to use it! But I'm very please to have good value for extended coverage if need down the road.

You never know when you will need a replacement but when you do it is such a relief to use the repacement plan. I've had to use them once or twice and they work great. No hassle highly recommend on anything you buy.
