Why wouldn’t you put the protection on your best buy device?

The Geek Squad protection is the very best! I have called them a couple of times and they were able to assist me professionally and they had the utmost respect for me as a customer! I will always have this protection!!!

I had the opportunity to buy a bigger 4K at HH Gregg for less, but their extended warranty seemed sketchy. It was also $150 more for their warranty. The TV was less but with the extended warranty, it was a higher total cost.

bring in any electronic and they’ll try to troubleshoot your problem. 100% worth it

We thought that if you were purchasing something at Best Buy that was relatively inexpensive there was no need for the extended warranty. Bundle your purchases and take advantage of their great warranty offers.

This Geek squad Protection plan was to cover a replacement for my 3 year old Plasma that developed problems. Normally i don't get extended warranties; but in case of today's high end TVs ;I think it is a good investment.

The TV mounting service was atrocious and delivery was abysmal. As long as geeksquad commits to their warranty service if I ever need them in 5 years, I might recommend this service.

I purchased a 5 year plan when I bought my tv. However, I had to ship my tv twice before they were able to fix it and I had to pay $92 for the repair. What’s the point of purchasing a plan when you still have to pay for repairs?
