I purchased a 5 year plan when I bought my tv. However, I had to ship my tv twice before they were able to fix it and I had to pay $92 for the repair. What’s the point of purchasing a plan when you still have to pay for repairs?

I love the warranty system they have they stand by what they say they will always help you with the problem unlike other stores I think bestbuy has the best program

The TV mounting service was atrocious and delivery was abysmal. As long as geeksquad commits to their warranty service if I ever need them in 5 years, I might recommend this service.

I have used geek squad warranty for many years on many different electronic items. Products don’t always last,geek squad takes care of that problem . A great service

Love this warranty, recommended by all my friends, including friends that work or worked at Best Buy with nothing but good things to say; needless to say, I bought it. I have yet to use it, so my review may change.

Purchased the Geek squad plan and will now be able to take in my other laptops to be diagnosed if need be ;currently have a system that was sent out and I will get a percentage off of the cost can’t beat it!

The television is good quality and the best price and the Greek squad service is the best

I don't usually purchase the extra warranty but I did on my last purchase of my large tv because they will come out and you don't have to take it in. My tv lasted 11 mos and had to be replaced. They were great about it.

I purchased the SIlver Protection program for my new LED TV. THe Geek Squad was terrific. They communicated appropriately inadvance, arrived timely, were professional and helpful. WIll definitely use for future purchases. Thanks guys!

Haven't had need to use this yet, and hopefully won't have to. But with other Geek Squad Protection Plans I have always been more than satisfied with the results.

Have yet to use this feature but definitely feel at ease knowing it’s there when or if needed.

Always buy the extra protection it has always been worth every penny I have spent!

Purchased as early Christmas present for my grown kids. Their tv was going out in groups of pixels. They love the t.v., not so much the remote.

I would not buy an electronic without the geek squad service! I always walk away satisfied! They know their stuff! I don’t care for having to make an appointment especially since it’s too far away but I understand during Covid 19days, it’s necessary.
