When ever i make a purchase i use geek squad and thier warranty on every purchase for my electronic. Knowing that if anything happens im covered gives me peace of mind. Always recommend getting this to save on repairs. And the service is top notch

We chose the previous TV carefully for the desired features and were sad when a storm resulted in the TV not turning on. As the TCL warranty did not cover the weather-related symptoms, I turned to the Geek Squad for help. We had purchased the Geek Squad coverage with the TV and I’m so thankful we did!!! They diagnosed that not only the power supply was damaged, but the main board was non-functional. As parts were not available, they replaced the TV. I quickly purchased the Geek Squad coverage for the replacement TV, as well, for an extremely reasonable price. One Squad member came to our home to diagnose, and another delivered the new TV. We are so pleased!!!

I hope to not need it for my TV but they have been very helpful in the past.

I've purchased a laptop and a few TV's from Best Buy and always got the Geek Squad protection. The few times I've had to use it they were always very helpful and professional. No complaints!

I love my fire tv i get all my channels plus my subscription channels are also on there.

I purchased this 5yr extended warranty because my last tv crapped out after 3 1/2 yrs. I also had the extended warranty on that tv. Geek Squad was unable to repair the tv so they replaced it with a brand new comparable model. They made everything simple, installed the new tv and removed the old one. I would highly recommend purchasing the extended warranty for any high end model tv. One year standard warranty isnt enough.

Absolutely worth the investment to protect your original purchase. Our television suddenly stopped working and was still covered under the extended warranty we purchased.

Geek Squad Came Through with the Factory Warranty did not!

I bought a 5 year warranty & glad I did. My tv lost its picture & I took it in & they sent if off. The one bad thing is the Greek Squad doesnt have tv repair in the story. They used to have it inside the store. I took it in at 4:00pm & didnt know you had to make an appt. The salesman sd i had to make an appt. So I took the earliest one 7:30pm. So i asked when would it be ready? He said about 3 weeks. I said you could travel to the moon & back in that time. So I took my tv & brought it back at 7:30pm. The made took all of 5 mins filling out the paperwork. So I ask him when will it be back & he said in about 3 to 8 weeks. I said oh my gosh that is to Mars & back! But I got an email in about 5 days that they couldnt repair so I got My Full Purchase price back! So I bought another one like it.

I've purchased all of my electronics, appliances, and cameras from Best Buy. I do not purchase anythings within getting Geek Squad protection because it's the absolute BEST!!! I actually use the Geek Squad protection on this TV. This TV was my replacement. Filing a claim and delivery was quick and easy! 10/10 I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!
