Got this for my TV, yet to use it. Its a peace of mind protection.

Protection is for the added incentive if I were to have a problem the Geek Squad would be there.

Glad I purchased this service. Had a claim on my tv and the process was pretty seamless from initial call to service in my home!

Recently had to use protection plan on a TV. Got a replacement immediately and purchased another replacement plan for that TV.

From personal experience, it is an unequivocal necessity to add the Best Buy warranty to your appliances. They are helpful and do a great job making it right.
