I haven’t had to use my Geek Squad service however, I’ve heard great things about the service they provide.

Purchased the Geek Squad protection for our TV knowing that any issues will be taken care of in a timely & professional manner due to the great service provided.

Gives peace of mind on expesive tv. Well worth the cost

I haven't needed them for this particular purchase but I've used them before and they are great, friendly and knowledgeable.

Haven't had to use it yet but great that it covers the open box TV for 5 years. Hopefully won't have to use it.

So I bought the warranty for my 40 inch TCL on October of 2023. I called in cause I had a ghost image and I couldn't get any thing for local channels to work on this Tv and I tried 4 of them. So I called in and they said I had to bring it in or they could charge me to send repair out for service. I had a warranty that said you would never be charged?? So I just had shoulder surgery in May. It didn't go well and now in 2 weeks I am about to have my second surgery on my shoulder. I am older in my 60S. I brought the Tv in and the gentle said I wasn't supposed to bring it in. I would have to take it home and they would charge me. I have a warranty. I told my problem. Then he said he would check if they could replace it for me. Then he came back and said he would have to send it out for repair and it would be more than 2 weeks. I am having surgery and really need to have my Tv. I have always made Best Buy my first stop with TVs. I am going to replace my Tv in living room soon. But I am disappointed that not if I get my Tv I won't be able to install on wall with one arm. Just very disappointed with the overall process. I was hoping for a better outcome.

With new products being made cheaper this is a guarantee you will have a working product.

Had to use because of a problem with our Oculus Quest. Geek squad team was great in handling and resolving our issue

Got it just in case due to me having baies around ,one nevers knows.

The Geek squad is always very knowledgeble. Pilite and helpful. Best Buy is a great place to shop or buy on line

For the price and ease of mind it was a great purchase.

Geek squad is a great tool for people like me who are not tech savvy. They are nice and always helpful

Upon downloading my Anti virus I was asked if there was anything else I wanted after listening to me I was given an ETA when everything will be done. True to his word my notebook was ready in fact sooner that estimated. Everything was as I requested.

Don't normally buy protection plans, but this offered A LOT of bang for the buck, PLUS, I don't have to take TV in for repair, they come to me! Gotta love that!
