Considering I am not a geek, this works great when I need help with my electronics.

I haven't had to use it yet but I'm glad that I have it, It gives me peace of mind to know that I have help if I need it.

I did not know much about the product. I had them explain its use.I haven’t had to use it but it’s a great piece of mind that I have it.
