This is definitely a fantastic product. I bought it for my mom as a Christmas present and she absolutely loves it. She watches our favorite shows and movies on it and it’s great to have a bunch of family to enjoy it also.

Like to be squad they're very good and I've always had a good luck with them I'm there great people to help to assist with someone and maybe you have problems with whatever and as far as repairs and then really good and it's always good to have someone like to geek squad I would recommend the key squad to anyone it has any problems like with electronics overall

We got the 5 year warranty on an out of the box TV and so well worth it .. TV had a bad cooling fan when we first turned it on so we took it to Geek Squad and they sent it to Samsung and they replaced the Motherboard .. the TV looks and is amazing

With how complicated tv’s are now I think this extra warranty gives great piece of mind

We have had 2 use this feature 1 time on a vacuum and i have to say, the simplicity of replacement is worth the price. Our 1,5 year old Dyson gave up the ghost and we had to tap our 2 year coverage we added. All i had to do is drive down to the store and pick up a brand new Dyson. Done. Can't ask for more.

Bought a LG G4 oled and theres no way im paying this price wirhout the protection olan! Now my family has peace of mind that if anything happens, best buy will help us out!

I always put extended warranty on all of my electronical devices.

I worked for geek squad for 6 years. Believe me when I say a 5 year on an OLED is worth it. I’ve seen cases where no warranty was bought, and it’s sad. For any OLED tv it’s a must as only Best Buy offers this! Other line Square trade will not cover burn in, and will give you a hard time about everything to deny a claim. As a former Geeksquad employee we always put the client first and gave excellent service. Just note: for TVs this doesn’t cover personally neglect like breaking it. So keep it away from pets and children if worried. Otherwise all surges, burn ins, components are covered via replacement. Or give card to put towards a new purchase. On LCD with VA, IPS panel can’t say really as the biggest worry is a backlight out, and most CC will double your MFW if needed.

I've purchased all of my electronics, appliances, and cameras from Best Buy. I do not purchase anythings within getting Geek Squad protection because it's the absolute BEST!!! I actually use the Geek Squad protection on this TV. This TV was my replacement. Filing a claim and delivery was quick and easy! 10/10 I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!
