I havent had problems with my tv so havent had to use warranty. Best buy has good warranties on their products

It was disappointing to learn installation is no lnger part of Geek Swuad. This was intended to be a tabletop television so it did not matter for this purchase. However, I need a few wall mounted also and this new policy means I will be looking at price maybe re than service.

The two-year plan is a very good plan only surpassed by the four year plan if you can afford it it’s a very good plan

The geek squad is very easy to work with they very helpful very knowledgeable

Protection plan is wonderful. Purchase it with all products and have signed a lot of money by having it.

Great Smart TV, with a beautiful picture! The sound is constant, doesn't change with commercials or movies.

Received protection because I bought a new TV for my playstation 5. I wanted to be sure it was in working order for a while.

This is always good to have, just in case! I just wish it included coming to the house for repair.
