The store plan adds good coverage to the warranty.

Only ever had to use one of my protection plans on a manufacturer defect and was extremely happy with the support. They refunded me the full purchase amount so I could replace my TV due to it no longer being manufactured.

I have not had to use it yet. And I pray I will not have to. But I am glad I brought it. This is my second TV from Best Buy. I never had a problem with the first TV.

I have purchased a Geek Squad service agreement on a large television once before and when it failed and required service, a repair person as scheduled quickly. The television was also replaced quickly with me making a choice on the new television at the BestBuy store. Excellent service!!

if you buy oled and qd oled like me u need this! they cover dead pixels and burn in enough said is a no brained decision u will have dead pixels and it will come in handy

Highly recommended if they cant fix it they'll credit you and you can get the same item or better! pay the difference stepup and dont forget to continue the plan its Elite definitely top notch protection you should not go without.....

Worth every penny to protect your purchase when getting a new OLED TV.

My LG tv broke and Geek Squad helped me to replace it. They were very nice and helpful. The protection plan was worth it.

Technology has become so sophisticated that it isn't easy to set up a new smart tv. There are so many options that I was not sure how they would affect my tv viewing preferences. I haven't gotten to use the extended warranty...so not sure yet. But... I had a 65" going bad. The manager said they would cover it, but the screen was cracked in a corner. I was ok with the crack, it didn't affect the TV and was there for over a year. The TV started going dark and 'glitching' non stop. I do not believe it was related to the crack at all, but the they would not touch it with any type of damage. So...I really didn't get to see how the warranty works, other than it doesn't cover damage. duh... Apparently there is no damage coverage available on larger TV's at all. Bummer...

Best service ever I can live worry free for the next 5 yrs knowing that if anything happens to my protected item it will be repaired or replaced at no cost to me. Best Buy’s protection is a must whenever you prurchased expensive high quality in home items . Protect your purchases better safe than sorry!

The customer service was awesome , the process of purchasing my brand new tv was easy. It was brought to my Car and they did everything so safely and quickly . Picking up was a breeze

Worth every penny. They replaced my Vizio 58 inch TV, purchased in Nov 2020. After verifying it could not be fixed they offered me my choice of several comparable TVs. The whole process was quick and easy. All it cost was the price of a new 2yr protection plan.

Always purchase the week squad protection for any electronics over $100. The service basically pays for itself, if used.

LOVE THE GEEK SQUAD 5 YEAR PROTECTION BECAUSE I PURCHASED A STOVE THAT HAD MULTIPLE ISSUES AND WAS REIMBURSED FOR MY TROUBLE. NORMALLY DONT PURCHASE PROTECTION BUT GOT BURNED BEFORE ON A WASHING MACHINE THAT WENT OUT AFTER TWO YEARS

Used it the 2nd day I bought a new Sony TV, and month 58 of a 5 year plan on a microwave. Got my money back.

Best buy protection is worth it especially if accidental damage from handling is part of the plan. I had that plan on my Microsoft surface pro 3 and had the unfortunent event of damaging the screen beyond repair, I had renewed the plan twice and I was so happy I did because I was able to get my surface replaced and now I have the pro 6. I will continue to get protection from now on!
