Took great care of me when my tvs had issues. You do have to send in for repair first which was annoying but I got two new TVs in the end.

Consider the cost of the tv i bought and they guarantee it for 5 years. I see tvs all over on cl selling w bad pixels or a line. If this hapoens in 4 years from nowwell i call best buy and tgey bring me a samsung series 9 tv that has 3d to my house and haul off the bad one who wouldnt want their tech replaced with the new updated version?

Geek squad is the best. I hope I don’t have the need to use them, but if I do, I know that it will be fixed correctly.

Great tv for the price. Easy to hook up to wifi with quick response and awesome resolution while watching. Definitely recommend purchasing. Will not be disappointed!

Great protection for your tv when you need it!! the protection had a reasonable cost!!

It may initially seem expensive but I recommend getting the 5 year plan on new technology. It has come in handy for me on several occasions throughout the years. The purchase of this protection plan is on a TV that I received at no cost because the previous one was covered by a 5 year plan.

Purchased the 5 year warranty for our new Samsung 70” TV. Hopefully we won’t have to use it but if something fails in the next 5 years we are covered! (As long as it is not a cracked or broken screen). Keep any young children away from the TV screen so this doesn’t happen!

This is a no-brainer. I signed up again for my new TV. They setup the TV, make all connections and ensure it is ALL working before they leave. They are prompt, courteous and very, very knowledgeable.

Haven't had to use this particular Geek Squad protection plan yet, but I have confidence it'll pay for itself.

So far haven’t used it at all I am wondering if it was worth it and to that I say I can’t wait to try out the actual services but to be honest I would Rather have the product last and be trouble free

We didn't hesitate to get this service warranty from geek squad for my 65" smart TV. This TV was an upgraded Replacement to our 55" which broke down beyond repair before the geek squad warranty expired.

Geek Squad is the best warranty program out there. They have come to my home twice when a big name device decided to go belly up and they replaced both times with no questions asked after analyzing the problems. I normally do not trust any extended warranty but GS is the glaring exception. I would always buy it.

U purchased the Geek squad 2 year.to cover my 100" tv. An asset has to have protection.
