    Geek squad is the best thing to have on your merchandise when you purchase anything from the store they are the number one when it comes down to take care of fixing merchandise so make sure you purchase a merchandise get that warranty with geek squad

    5 Year Service Plan Mandatory for SAMSUNG TVs

    You absolutely MUST get a 5 year SERVICE PLAN when purchasing SAMSUNG SMART TVs because my last two TVs went in 2 years and 3 years. It's truly a NO BRAINER.

    I've had no issues with my Sony 4K TV I purchased this warranty for but I know and heard that Best Buy does have great quality customer service if something goes wrong with your purchase and it can be easily returned and exchanged for the same product or similar product.

    Well worth the money for this plan. A few years after buying the TV the picture went out.. Geek Squad came to the house in two days. Couldn’t fix the TV so they gave me a new replacement TV. No charge. I will also by their service..

    I purchased this for a little peace of mind. Because the oled tv is a little more expensive I didn't want to have to worry about any problems that might pop up.

    I haven’t had to use this protection plan yet because nothing went wrong so I don’t really know how to review this but I assume just having some type of protection is a good thing thus is why the 5 stars.

    Works as stated oled tv had burn in and techs came out and inspected the tv. A few hours later I received email saying they would replace tge tv.

    We would buy this protection every time it is offered - BestBuy really honors their customers when a product fails and does not make it a big hassle to use it. We buy some products from BestBuy just because of this protection plan vs buying it from another box store or online retailer.

    My brand new LG TV (December) went out and Best Buy passed me along to LG because it was still under warranty. Best Buy would have had this already fixed, but now my TV is out, has been for over a week and the terrible repair people that LG passed me off on are saying that MAYBE sometime next week it will be fixed. TERRIBLE! Why did I pay Best Buy extra to protect it if they are not doing anything about my dead TV? I sure hope that 2 year protection plans restarts itself once my TV is actually operational again.

    I purchased the accidental Geek Squad Protection to protect my devices as if I were protecting my financial investments. The Geek Squad Protection plan implements guidelines that serve as all around security blanket for my purchases. The plan covers a reasonable number of causes and cases that would need to be serviced.

    I thought when I had it delivered they would set it up, but they can’t. I did it, wasn’t too bad. This TV was delivered because I had purchased a Insignia 55”, and thank goodness the 5 year extend warranty. It broke. Went black after one year. I haven’t had this TV a month, so far so good. Ask me in a year or two.
