I cannot imagine buying an electronic device from Best Buy without Geek Squad protection. Great piece of mind. I have had to the use Geek Squad on several occasions and it has always been a positive experience.

120 bucks for a 5 year warranty is a good investment. If they cannot fix the TV, after sending someone to your house to fix it, they will replace it at no cost. If it lasts longer than 5 years, then that's kudos to a quality TV. Well worth it.

So this is the second time I've purchased the extended warranty. It as already paid itself with another purchase I made that broke. So I don't think for the cost f the warranty that anyone can go wrong with it.

I just wanted to make sure that my purchase was covered for any accidents. I've learned my lesson on not buying a extended coverage. I feel at ease now.

Nobody connected my tv. But they had very good customer service.

almost into the end of my 2 year agreement the TV went bad. Geek Squad came to my house, helped me out, all ended up good. If not for geek squad protection I would have spent a lot more on another TV
