So far so good but again you have to have patients with the geek squad, they will meet your need, but they take too long.

So far we haven't had to use this, but we have in the past for products and have always been happy.

What else is there to say. Easiest warranty program I’ve had. I buy it with all my major purchases. I make those purchases at Best Buy because of it.

Can't really provide an opinion yet, as we have yet to use the warranty. Obviously, the product has to break in order to evaluate the extended warranty service. But hopefully the warranted product will never have to be serviced under the warranty period.

Geek squad service is the best. I've used them on a couple of occasions. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Great service.!!!

Always good to have have not to use yet. Years ago I had their protection with a smart TV, when things went wrong I got the tv replaced no hassles These aGeeks are pretty cool.

The TV i bought is a gift for my sister in law. She moved in to a new apartment and she loves her new tv.

Had to use my Geek Squad Service just 2 months before it was expired on my 75" TCL ROKU TV .. IT WAS REPLACED WITH AN UPGRADED MODEL AND I BOUGHT ANOTHER 5 YEAR GEEK SQUAD SERVICE..

All i have to say is that everyone need to try the Geek Squad service to feel as goos as i do. My tv need some qork done and Geek Squad sent a professional to help me out. I had a computer to fix and they did. Also, all the store in NYC has great customer services in the Geek Squad Department and throughout the Best Buy store.
