Help my grandma set up her TV over the phone in under 5 min. when she could barely turn the last one on.

I have used the Geek Squad several times and they have come through for me, so they are nice to have as back-up.

This was a great buy. It works great. They always finds a way to satisfy the customer.

The 32 Pioneer TV works great and has plenty of colors to see blended as one watches TV or a DVD player hooked simply into side of TV with cable.

This set show a great picture. The audio quality straight out the set is good. Most HDTV you need a soundbar but not with this set. The only drawback is the system it runs on. Just another account I must keep up with.

Hope I never need it but peace of mind if I do!!!!

Absolutely worth the investment to protect your original purchase. Our television suddenly stopped working and was still covered under the extended warranty we purchased.

The Geek Squad did an excellent job installing my 7O inch TV.

A protection plan is great if you're overly cautious and almost a must if you have children. Would highly recommend for purchases over $100, especially if they have a lot of moving parts.
