love the geek squad. don't know what I would do without them! always there when I need them, kind, courteous and patient with someone who is not very tech savvy.

I have not used the service but have used Best Buy geek squad in the past and always a great experience. The price was great.

I have always purchased the geek Squad warranties and they pay off. Purchased a TV that stopped working and got all but 50$ back on the original purchase price

Haven’t had to use it. Can’t go wrong with a little extra protection though.
