I always get a 2 year or 3 year protection plan with anything buy from Best Buy. Although we already have the my Best Buy protection plan

Highly recommended, it is outstanding for the price point

I mean its a must, if you buy somethint for a $1,000 don't you want to have some sort of coverage on it?

These plans are a great value for protection against burn-in on OLED TVs. Only $160 for 5 year protection on LG C2 42. Highly recommend. I owned a CX for 3 years and had no burn in (gave that one to my sibling now), but always great to have the peace of mind. Better safe than sorry!

What more can I say? This place is the best great customer service . Very knowledgeable staff great customer service like I said this is the best place I’ve been for electronics and I will continue coming for eight years and come. I will also try family fresh.

This product is very good and I recommend it , it is reliable

They had to come several times to fix the problem with a controller and could have done a better job with education on use of item but overall they performed well on fixing my problem. THe third visit technician was very knowledgeable and permanently fixed the difficulty with the remote controller and there was no extra charge for the last two visit. If you use them don’t be afraid to call them back if not working perfect.

This is the best protection for all home electronics. We recently had to use it on a Large Screen TV (58 inch). The TV had a great picture, but kept having sound problems. After we had the Geek Squad out for a 3rd time in 2 years , we were given a fair credit on the unit and upgraded to a Sony 58 inch.

Pice of Mind having this protection is a comfort, and all is that!

The extra protection through geek swap squad was reasonable for the time covered.

All I can say is buy the plan even if you think it is not needed..Best Buy protection stands behind its warranty and they are super easy to work with. If not for them the tv replacement I had to do after my new Samsung tv went out I would cost a lot more than what was spent on the protection plan.

Never had to use geek squard last tv because of covid nobody could repair,recieved a credit for tv

Best Buy & geek squad always resolve any & all problems. Have never had any issue getting help with any situation I’ve had. Buy all my electronics here and will continue to do so.

Have not had to use yet, but Best Buy sells warranty based on sale price, not original price , so it is an INCREDIBLE value. If you buy your item on sale, open box, or Clearance, don't hesitate to make the investment in the warranty. My TV was on sale for $399 from $749 and warranty was probably of what it would have been if not onsale.

The LG tv is excellent love the beautiful picture . And the Geek Squad they are amazing always answering my questions and always willing to help.

This tv is wonderful is cuality pictures and everything you need is in the screen you no need boxes or pay dish or direct tv. The sound is very good.
