Whenever you buy something from Best Buy’s and are offered a warranty get it. Best Buy’s has the best hassle free warranty service you just have to know how to describe your problem, when my sister tv was messing up she got it checked out 3 times until I told her to explain to them that the tv goes blank after hours of use. Come to find out the motherboard on the tv was the problem which got fixed right away when explained the problem properly in stead of just saying it goes black sometimes.

Already saved me money. Worked on my TV and found it was not fixable. Sent me a new one and removed myvold TV. Thank you geek squad.

I received excellent service from the Geek Squad as they brought the new TV that I had purchased and installed it for me. They also asked me if I had an questions about the operation of it so that they could explain. Everything I wondered about they did explain. And if any other questions arise I know I can call them up to get the answer. They are always courteous and helpful.

Quality and price is amazing, will always do business with Best Buy, looking forward for a desk top computer system for December time frame.

I haven't needed to use this plan, but I'm definitely happy I bought it. I financed my whole purchase at 0% using the BestBuy card and the added peace of mind is definitely worth it. Living in the city (NY) without a car means that, in the event of an issue, it's a HUGE issue getting a TV around. This plan alleviates that concern, and I'll get it every time.

I recommend always purchasing an extending warranty with any electronic/appliance you buy these days. It has paid off for me in so many ways, whereas I would be stuck with a huge repair bill or an unusable product. Best Buy has always been terrific about honoring their extended warranties, with with repair or replacement.
