    OLED is the way to go for amazing picture quality. The display is very thin, but thenbase is the heaviest part. Keep tyat in mind if you wallmount it. Habe a second person with you to help.

    It was for a peace of mind I bought the protection plan, but I'm a bit skeptical as to the coverage detail that the sales rep told me that "ANY problems with the TV, I can get an exchange for same model TV or if not available, can get full refund on the TV with credit issued on bestbuy gift card", which does not seem so as I am reading a lot of different reviews about the coverage for this service. I guess I have to be content for the fact that I am definitely covered for repairs (which I am also finding reviews saying that coverage doesn't repair internal screen problems?), but would be nice for the sales person to be better informed or be honest about the coverage, not conning the customers for their own sales quote.

    Due to scheduling/personnel shortages/general societal chaos etc it took a full week before anyone could get out to help us. I do not blame GS in any way. Once Steve arrived everything was taken care of in minutes. The entire process was explained and all will be well in just a few hours.

    They had to come several times to fix the problem with a controller and could have done a better job with education on use of item but overall they performed well on fixing my problem. THe third visit technician was very knowledgeable and permanently fixed the difficulty with the remote controller and there was no extra charge for the last two visit. If you use them don’t be afraid to call them back if not working perfect.

    I buy protection plans on all of our TVs and computers and have used them on both. Best Buy doesn’t mess around and takes care of things if there is a problem. This is the only company I buy protection plans from because of this. No headaches and hassle free.

    Since the Samsung t.v. collapsed with in the first couple of years, and my t.v. was replaced with a Sony, because of the 5 yr. warranty I bought in the beginning ~~ I bought another 5 yr. warranty for the new Sony.

    My nephew took it out and assembled it with no trouble at all. I bought the warrany for my peace of mind. It was my first time purchasing a tv with these capabilities and wanted to be sure I got good performance from it.

    Very happy with the extremely comprehensive protection of the Geek Squad TV Warranty package. Including Burn-In in the warranty makes this easily the most secure warranty around.

    Several times in recent weeks when I purchased my merchandise I make sure I get the geek squad I've been with Best buy for over 13 years and geek squad does a excellent job when it comes down to taking care of customers merchandise so if you don't have that warranty make sure you get that warranty because geek squad will take care of you

    I purchased this along with a 50 inch LG 4K TV. We got the TV as a replacement for one that ceased to work. Fortunately, we had purchased the Geek Squad Protection plan on our previous TV as well. Best Buy took care of everything, they shipped our old TV to their repair shop and once they determined it was not repairable, they gave me the replacement value of the TV covered under the plan. It was a no brainer to purchase this plan on the new TV. Highly recommended!

    Have not had to use yet, but Best Buy sells warranty based on sale price, not original price , so it is an INCREDIBLE value. If you buy your item on sale, open box, or Clearance, don't hesitate to make the investment in the warranty. My TV was on sale for $399 from $749 and warranty was probably of what it would have been if not onsale.

    I am hoping this Geek Squad Protection is a lot better than Allstate's. It wouldn't take much to be better than Allstate. I like that the Geek Squad is part of Best Buy and not some corporate insurance company that is far away and difficult to contact. With the Geed Squad I can go right to the store and start the process with actual human beings.
