    Exellent! So glad I did this. Pros fast, came out and diagnosed within a week, replaced my tv great customer service stateside. WELL worth the cost. Cons call center transferred overseas dropped calls twice after long wait times. Couldnt purchase protection plan over the phone for replacement had to go into Best Buys store to repurchase.

    Great TV. I've had other large TV's but this one is pretty good. Very light and pretty easy to setup. The color black comes in pretty clear and doesn't blend in with everything else.

    TV was pricy but has a great picture and works just fine. I wanted to hook up RCA stereo jacks from my stereo and this TV would do it by use of the ear phone jack. Many of the new TV's won't let you connect RCA jacks but Sony does! Streaming TV shows and 1080 or better cable look fantastic! The only thing I was disappointed about was it went on sale the day after I was eligible for price match. Literally went on sale the next day that would have saved me $50.00.

    Protection is a must for me for all my TV's and electronics, I've been satisfied in the past anytime I've ever had troubles or needed to use the plan for coverage. Always read your protection plans thoroughly Geek Squad tends to update them year to year.

    It's a 5 year warenty. my dad had one of these for his TVs so this was a must get. I know if anything goes wrong my tv will be covered.

    Had purchased a sumsung tv from another retailer strike 1, tv had a problem so contacted their their warranty department with no resolve Strike 2, was treated very poorly Strike 3 !!! Have learned my lesson now and will only purchase my quality items from Best Buy and their warranty group…

    If you buy electronics that are more than 1000 dollars, you should have this protection. I have used it twice and it was easy to get a replacement both times. Figure after a year, the television you had will be outdated and if something happens, you will get something that is comparable.

    Purchased for our other tv, same idea as we have young kids and it is not a good day when the living tv gets smashed and you have no warranty/protection plan and end up spending 10x as much if ya buy the plan rather than a whole new tv.

    Love this tv. It was bought to replace an older model. Apps work great. Make sure you have a strong Wi-Fi. The tv picture from Sony always looks great. Didn’t adjust anything out of the box. Very satisfied

    Love the comfort of my subscription. I did not need support to mount or get the new Samsung 32 inch TV up and running. I may have to call them as the HDMI cable and this cable to the DVD player is an accessible so I’m going to have to put a new end on it.

    So I mainly purchased this so I could get a warranty and let professionals install our ridiculously expensive entertainment system. Well we have had nothing but issues. So... had to get a replacement TV (Sony - 85" Class X950G), wifi disabled completely, fine whatever. They reinstalled the new one, cool. Definitive speakers (High-Performance 10" 3-way Tower Speaker) constantly pop even when the TV is not even on. Our Logitech remote (Harmony Elite) has issues switching inputs/devices almost every single time we use it. Only when using the smart TV apps it randomly shuts off with the Receiver (Pioneer - Elite 9.2-Ch). Geek squad has been out twice since installation, can't figure out why the smart tv/receiver turns off by itself, can't figure out why speakers always pop, and did absolutely nothing to the smart remote... still have all the same issues over 6 months later. Wife wants to return everything back if we could.

    According to what they will do, I'm psyched that if anything goes wrong with my tv, they will hook me with with fixing or replacing it. So, here's hoping I never have to use it; but, feel good knowing it's there.
