    I would have been out $3,500 if it wasn't for this protection plan. I'm now a believer in purchasing these plans as they replaced the tv for a new one no questions asked

    Haven't had a problem on Hisense Tv's but there's always a first time, knock on wood. I bought the TV reg price was $1000, for 75", I got on sale for Christmas for $600.00, The protection plan was $ 75. or close, I am proud to be protected. I had the use the plan on another model TV, and bestbuy honored very well.

    Purchased this additional warranty support contract to cover the item purchased with it. Always good to have a backup plan if there are any unforeseen issues with the technology.

    Let me tell you it is really great having the Geek Squad Protection for what ever you purchase because you never know what is going to happen to your purchase's. I have learned that before so from then on I have been getting it on what ever I get that says that I can get it just to have it.

    Worst tv setup ever. I had a dog chew up original remote for a 70inch tv. Had to buy replacement. So I was having issues with tv running Netflix and other streaming devices. So I did a factory reset on the tv. Didnt know you couldnt program a with a replacement. Must have the original. So now I have a 70 inch brick. Al because their is no way to get past programming remote without oringinal.

    @BestBuy @BestBuySupport I am going through a nightmare customer service at Geek Squad Scranton 959 Viewmont Dr Dickson City, PA 18519 I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience with Best Buy's Geek Squad installation service. I purchased a Samsung 75” Class LS03D The Frame Series QLED 4K TV with Anti-Reflection and Slim Fit Wall Mount Included on August 17th, 2024. I scheduled a Geek Squad appointment for TV setup and mounting on August 23rd. During this appointment, the technicians suggested that I hide all the cables, including those from the TV and soundbar. I agreed and rescheduled for August 28th. To my dismay, the team that arrived on August 28th had no idea how to mount the Frame TV. They suggested using the old mount from my previous TV, which was completely against the purpose of purchasing the Frame TV. The team left without mounting the TV and instructed me to reschedule the installation service. I called Geek Squad and spoke with Andy, who informed me that the system was not updated and that I would need to wait 24 hours before calling back to schedule. I followed their instructions, only to be told the same thing again. After waiting an additional 24 hours and calling Geek Squad again, I was informed that the system still had not been updated and that I would need to wait another 24 hours. As a customer who has been waiting for my TV since August 17th, I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. It is unacceptable that I have to repeatedly call Geek Squad and beg for them to schedule a service that they have already botched. Their lack of efficiency, knowledge, and customer service is truly appalling. I urge Best Buy to take immediate action to address this issue. I expect a resolution that includes a prompt and correct installation of my TV, as well as compensation for the inconvenience and frustration I have experienced. Just to add into the story I spoke to the manager they reach out to me through DM chat when I posted the same concern over social media.. but again told me to wait for another 24 hours telling me they "escalated" just to tell you whenever they tell you they are escalating means they are going to add 24 hours with every escalation but they will not fix your problem just give you another 24 hours. they are flying pigeons to get across internal communication to resolve any issue. run for your life when the representative tell we are escalating Sir.

    I have this service (hopefully, I'll never need to use it) just in case I need their help with my product after the initial manufacturer's warranty is expired. In the event that may happen, I was told by Best Buy employees that the Geek Squad assistance will be straightforward and easy to use.

    Protecting my investment on 4K TVs is a must, and purchasing the Geek Squad's 5-year warranty on each TV is a no-brainer. I did this in the past and it totally paid off when my much older set had issues before the protection plan was over. They replaced my entire set with a brand new one years ago. It pays off in the long run, trust me!

    My samsung tu8000 stop working after two in a half years so happy i got this 5 year protection plan. Returned the broke tv and they let me pick out another tv of the same value.

    This is reassuring to have. The Geek Squad mounted my TV on the wall. I had to have the TV replaced this year and that was covered. It makes my life less stressful to have it.

    The picture is excellent and the sound is exceptional and the price was remarkable... I was a little leary because of the brand, surely surprised on the quality of picture in the game mode playing PS5 strongly recommend.
