Every item I purchase from Best Buy I always get an extended warranty one thing I say about Best Buy they stand behind their warranties thank you very much keep up be good work.

Geek Squad Product Replacement is just simply a NO BRAINER for any Best Buy product that will have regular use or has a “price point” that you want to yourself from having to spend again during the time it’s protected! Biggest thing you have to do...is not do anything malicious to the product...and it’s protected!

Geek squad protection is a must. So worth the money. I get it on almost everything I buy from bestbuy. Expensive tv and xbox remote broke.80 bucks was alot cheaper than having to buy new one.

the 5 year plan is worth the piece of mind. i had an issue with my 55 inch television after two years and contacted the geek squad and told them what i was experiencing and the parts were sent directly to me and then an appointment was coordinated with me and repaired in home. i highly recommend the plan.

I was unsure about if Geek Squad coverage was worth it but i've been very pleased.

This is a great plan and is definitely worth the money. My last TV died after two and a half years and it was replaced for only $10 more because it could not be repaired. GET THIS PLAN WHEN YOU GET ANOTHER TV, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

Haven’t needed it yet but if I do I got another three-four years left in my warranty!

I didn't use the geek squad for this item, although I have heard so many good things about them and thier prompt services.I would definitely use them.

i got the 2 year standard greek squad protection plan for my 55 inc smart tv by mistake I meant to get the 5 year standard protection plan. Which I feel would be a good deal because I had another tv without the 5 year year plan and the main frame on it went bad and I tried to put it in the shop and they wanted $300 to fix it. Where now having the plan if anything goes wrong they will fix it.

Geek squad serviced my tv. Weren’t able to fix so they gave me store credit for old tv and I was able to purchase a new tv for no cost. Awesome!

Great warranty service. Part to repair the TV was not available, so a store credit was provided for a TV of similar specs. Bought the warranty service again for the new TV.

Great protection plan, love the geek squad. Bought the 5 year warranty for the new tv that was replaced by them when I had 2 year plan on old tv that died just before the 2 years. Highly recommend hassle free fast service.
