    I bought an open box TV and it had a small burn spot. I called the service and they came out and fixed it. Now I basically have a brand new TV. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful!

    I have utilized the protection plan on several items and Best Buy has honored the plan each time. The way appliances are made anymore, it is just smart to get a protection plan on them. There will always be something that happens. Warranty helps me feel better about spending that much money on an appliance or TV

    2 year protection plan is great! I don't normally need them, as after doing a bit of research helps me buy a quality product, but if something does happen....you get a gift card for the actual cost of the item that no longer functions to be used for whatever you want from Bestbuy!

    Its always a pain to return a tv through geek squad. From the initial call which you almost always have to wait 20 minutes . They always seem to have a real problem finding my service plan. I have multiple accounts and have bought many many tvs from them but they should be able to figure it out. I own sportsbars in FL and I only buy from Best Buy but they really needto figure this out because when i have a tv go down i want it back up and running as quick as possible but its always a hassle. At each of my clubs i have a back up ready to replace tvs that go down so my actual business is never really effected but we always regret having to call geek squad because we know its gonna be such a hassle and its gonna be a lot of time sitting on phone having to wait for a service guy to come out and tell us what we already know then take it to a store and replace. It would be nice if they brought a replacement tv with them when they come out. But instead u have to get a service order made then you got to call geek squad again and wait on line for 20 minutes. Then usually another 10 or 20 minutes to find the info from the multiple accounts. I have never had anyone help me combine all accounts into 1 account. It seems like that would make the most sense but instead i have to go through the same process every time. Its exausting. I love Best Buy but service plans are always a pain for me.

    It is great that the Geek Squad is available when you have problems. My TV kept freezing. They came out and determined the problem. Got parts and installed. When this did not fix the problem, they gave me the option of returning my year old TV for a full refund of the TV, tax, and 4/5 of my Geek Squad. I then bought a brand new TV with better features. Great service!

    THE AGENT CAME TO SEE WHAT MY ISSUE WAS WITH MY TV HE WAS EXCELLENT IN EXPLAINING THE ISSUES BEFORE ME AND WAS ABLE TO RESOLVE ALL ,I DID HAVE TO UPDATE A FEW THINGS SO I HAD PRE-PURCHASED THE POSSIBLE ISSUE ITEMS AND WAS A GOOD THING CAUSE WE DID USE THEM AND DIDN'T HAVE TO COME BACK ALL DONE IN ONE VISIT,

    Whenever I buy a big electronic item I always purchase a warranty you just really never know the way products are made these days. Better to be safe than sorry. And I’ve never had a problem with bringing an item back -hassle free

    I've said it before and I'll say it again: I always but the protection plans. I have a kid that can be hard on his electronics and this covers everything.

    I purchased this for a 70" television I bought from Best Buy. I will have 5 years of coverage. I have had several of these plans before but only had to use one on a Yuneec drone I got a couple of years ago. If they are as nice with my TV plan as they were with the drone I should have no problems.

    I normally purchase warranties on all the products I buy, but never use them and the warranties then expire. My television had a screen issue, called geek squad, geek squad came to service my television, geek squad could not fix the problem, television was then exchanged using the warranty. Great warranty!

    Oh the peace that 5-years without having to worry about paying for television repairs brings. Replaced my 2015 Samsung with the 2020 Samsung because it’s screen was going bad. Wished I had bought this security back then, but I never thought I’d need it. I knew better when I bought the new tv.

    Geek Squad is great, making an appt is not easy and it was canceled twice, there is no way to just get a new appt time, also language barrier is a problem. But actual techs were prompt, knowledgeable, helpful, thanks to Paul and company!
