i'm really glad my new 43" 4K TV came with it. it was a reasonable price too, i decided i didn't need the 5 year one because that was too long. the two year for an extra $20 was perfect! I am worried something might happen to the TV one day, so i decided to get it.

I've used my protection plan to replace a malfunctioning TV. The Geek Squad quickly assessed the issue and recommended a replacement at no cost. I'm sold!

Ordered 4 40" tvs all at the same time for a project. Everything was going fine until I opened the last box (#4). No image, just the line/shape screen, well actually I could see some of the menu to the left. Called Best Buy, said you're over 13 days, can't help you. Called Vizo next, at first they said 1 year warranty, but the next day and a few emails it was determined it was a Best Buy problem and they can't help us. Unfortunately we had to buy a 5th TV to complete the project.

Having insurance gives us some relief as the new TV we bought is in great quality and we want to make sure it can get fixed if something were to happen to it.

I feel better having Geek Squad extended warranty protection than without it. Purchasing these warranties in the past has always paid off and worked out well. The Geek Squad techs know what they are doing.

You can not go wrong with the geek squad, they are knowledgeable and friendly. Strongly recommend getting a warrenty with them for every purchase.

I love this service. It is a must have for peripherals that live around pets or kids. Best bang for your buck if you have headsets or mice dyeing every 18 months

I had geek squad service for my other TV and when that one broke down they were true to their words and traded it in for a newer TV

Truly a must have when you purchase a new TV! I have had to use it in the past and boy was I glad I had this. If your spending alot of money on something that can can get damaged by nature along (lightning) than you definitely should have this protection.

I’ve learned just buy the extra warranty, the way things are made nowadays but yet are double the price warrants the protection. I’ve been victim too many times.

It's good to have the protection plan in case something goes wrong with the tv. I like that geek squad will make house calls for any needed service unlike at other retailers where you would have to mail a large tv for service!

Five years for $30, sold! I bought this warranty for a low priced Insignia television and it just seems like a no-brainer that for $30 I am guaranteed to have a TV that works for five years. In this disposable electronics time we live in, I could not upgrade in three years for $30, so again it is a great deal.

Geek Squad warranty is great and come in handy just in case one of your items break down….

We are so grateful to these young fellas installing our 60"LG tv..they were very careful and polite. They make connecting all those awful wires a breeze. They were very patient with us and walked us thru installation and operating our new screen and remotes several times til both my husband and I understood. They are well worth their cost!
