Will never buy another TV without getting this protection plan, service is fast, reliable, and hassle free!

Haven't needed yet and hope I don't! But I learned my lesson to have it on standby.

Haven't had to use Geek Squad Plan for this purchase(and hopefully won't have to!) but in years past, it has been a sense of relief when I damaged an essentially brand new phone. Geek squad protection is worth the peace of mind with some of these expensive tech purchases.

I've had my item for going on 8 months now I haven't had to use anything on the warranty yet but I do know that you can renew your warranty once it is up so I must say knowing that you can do that is great because takes a lot of watery off you if your device is getting old and you having problems with it I must have all your electronics a great safety net

Will always protect my TVs. We bought a TV 4 years ago and put a 5 year protection plan on it. Of course something went wrong as 4 1/2 years. Geek squad took care of us and we are able to get a larger, higher quality TV because we had the protection plan on it! AWESOME SERVICE.

I’ve found it necessary to use one - service was excellent and Best Buy honored all requirements with no issues. Great service!

Extended warranty just in case! We didn’t mount on the wall because we might want to move I!

So far I have not needed their help but nice to have them as a backup plan. First TV we purchased had a problem and we thought we didnt know what we were doing but Best Buy was great to help us return it and get a replacement. Replacement TV is great and was easy to set up

The replacement plans with Best Buy are great. If anything happens you just bring the item back and get a gift card to repurchase or you can purchase something else.

The tv has a great picture. It was easy to set up. It is still working very well. Sturdy construction.

i recently had to replace a tv after 2 years of use. The geek squad looked at it and it was not repairable. They gave me the money I spent on the TV as a store credit and I purchased another TV.

Definitely worth having as my TV had an ink leak geek squad took care of it

I've used this on 2 previous Samsung TVs. All went out at the 2 year mark(both replaced by Geek Squad). Purchased a Sony OLED with 5 year protection and already passed the 2 year mark so all is good!
