    Says I have 2 years and I would like to get a new TV that would work as well as it did when I purchased it! I only have less than one week to do this or maybe a year and a week. But I haven’t been able to use it because of a glitch having my home landline listed instead of my mobile telephone.

    So I basically bought this coverage from my 55-in LG OLED TV, I was able to talk to the representatives and they rest assured me for the next 5 years my product would be safe. They answered I requested that I had available to me

    5 year protection plan on my Toshiba 32” smart tv

    I had a Samsung 32” tv that died after 2 years. Such a disappointment. So I bought a 32” Toshiba smart tv and purchased the 5 year warranty at a reasonable price.

    Nice to have extra Warranty for items you buy, but the Prices for the Extended Warranty have INCREASED DRAMATICALY.

    I usually go both ways on insurance type plans, but Best Buy Geek Squad is worth every penny. My tv needed replacement within the time and they literally put the purchase price on a gift card for me to buy the new tv I wanted. A+ for customer service.

    Highly recommend this insurance policy on your expensive purchases if for nothing more than peace of mind. I’ve been very fortunate so far and haven’t needed to use it but it’s nice knowing it’s there if I do need it.

    Should have bought the 5 year warranty. TV took spike a couple months after warranty ran out.

    this first time they took care of me no issues but the secomd time geek squad lied so I will no longer be giving them or best buy my money ever again

    I called the geeks on my new Hisense TV (since then, returned) to figure out a volume control problem. The first tech just said I should bring it in--no attempt to troubleshoot. The second tech spent a long time with me trying various things, and theorizing about what the cause could be; I appreciated that, even though we were ultimately unable to solve the problem and I had to return the TV.
