I always buy an extended protection warranty and Best Buy always honors it when warranted

I've had the Geek Squad protection ever since I bought my last PC and keep renewing it when due. I don't use it very often but it has really paid off to have it when I did need it. They always have the answer!

I haven’t used it yet but in my opinion, it is a must-have.

The guys took my tv and sent it for repair since it had a protection plan. Unfortunately my tv was repairable and was given the oportunity to get another. I decided to upgrade with the help of a team member. Thanks Best Buy for coming through.

For my first Oled tv I wanted to get the protection plan to cover myself. Just in case. I like having peace of mind. Best buy is the only place that covers burn in.

This is another big advantage to have if anything happens to your product you can take it back,have it looked at with no problems. I enjoy using this it's extremely helpful but also protects the items you purchase.

very professionally done in a timely manner its been six months and since the installation of my wall mounted 50 inch tv and no issues yet.

Originally bought the 2-year for my LG CX OLED, but came to the conclusion that the 5-year is a waaaay better deal and value! Especially if you buy an OLED, you’ll have some peace of mind if it ever gets burn-in.

in home repair, no lemon policy, be sure to read the policy its a repair protection plan, and the repairs on a tv this size are normally done in home, five year plan is a solid investment on a tv of any price, since minimum cost of repair is always way worse than one time cost of the protection plan.

I had a warranty with them on my old tv and when it suddenly stopped working they replaced it with a more expensive better tv
