I have not use this plan, but i have used it on previous TV's. I was able to walk in with a dead tv and walk out with a new tv during those experiences. Not cheap, but good peace of mind.

Based on everything I've read, this is the most comprehensive protection plan one can find. I'm concerned about long-term durability of my new LG OLED and this plan covers everything I'm concerned about.

The agent that I talked to was very knowledge of my protection plan. I had no problem with switching out my TV.

Prompt service. This save me hundreds in repair cost as the tv broke twice in two years . Second time they replaced it

really glad that I have this protection and it is linked to my account so it will be easy to look up and use when and or if needed. It is well worth it for piece of mind and 5 years is a really great amount of coverage time!

I had to purchase the geek squad TV protection for my LG C1 TV. It is an extra layer of protection and provides me with peace of mind in case there is an accident. If you can afford it go for it.

I've had several scenarios where an item I bought conked out a year and a half after purchase. They were able to just go ahead and swap it out and or give me store credit for what I paid, if they didn't have it in stock.

This is something I always buy with buying a TV just in case something happens to the TV
