Protection prices went up, but I was locked in at the old price. I have never had to use the protection plan so I can't make a fair assessment.

Don’t do business without the Geek Squad. We purchase all of our Computers from BB just to have this team behind us.

Bought a 49" lg smart tv and I figure with that kind of cash outlay it's probably a good idea for some added insurance, beyond the one year warranty. It was fairly inexpensive too. I'm protected now for six years total.

With all the features on the tv we got, after they installed everything. The gentleman gave my mom his card and said I'll be your lifeline if you need anything, she laughed and said thank you so much, very nice guys and very helpful and affordable.

I got the warranty on my electronics to avoid any hassles post purchase and so far the product has been great and therefore no complaints. Even though I have not had to use this service, the fact that I have this service gives me a peace of mind.

In my experience I always get geek squad because once They fixed my tv 3 times and finally they gave me store credit almost the same price that I paid 2 years ago. With the store credit I bought a bigger tv and the newest technology

I always purchase a warranty on my products that are over 100.00. I would rather be safe than sorry. Sometimes Things break and sometimes they last a long time you never know.

One large purchase items it is a great idea for you to add geek squad protection. Best Buy does a great job in taking i on f it’s costumers. No muss no fuss.

Purchased the protection because it was inexpensive for the protection it provides. We haven’t needed to use it.

Gives me peace of mind once the warranty expires or if you’d rather have Best Buy deal with the manufacturer on your behalf. It’s better to buy the 3 year warranty for value

Excellent and Convenient Warranty. I have a great piece of mind having this protection. They come to your house to repair! No need to pack up everything and take it in. If they can not fix it in house. They will pick it up and take it with them.

I was able to get this warranty at a fraction of the price since the tv I got with it was heavily discounted. So far so good. I hope I dont ever need to use it but its the peace of mind that you purchase just in case anything happens.

I think the geek squad warranties are great what I don't like about it is it should start after the TV's manufacturer warranty instead of with it
