I purchased a Geek Squad 5 year protection for my new LG 65 inch Oled TV C4. Best buy is the only company i found that will cover burn in for an OLED TV.

Purchased the 5 year protection plan from the Geek Squad. Hope we never have to use it, but it gives us peace of mind.

This TV was exactly what I was looking for and for an amazing price. The picture and sound quality are both amazing and I am a fan of the Home Screen interface. The Samsung channels built in are great it seems they combine the channels from various free streaming TV platforms. This was a great buy and highly recommend.

This plan is for five years so it gives the freedom to have my tv services and save me money on the cost of repairs.

My original purchase was on a ROKU tv, which i opted out of protection About 6 weeks later my BRAND NEW tv screen went all scrambled. i panicked being out of the 30 day return window. However when i called the store the gentleman gave me no hassle and allowed me to return TV. While there he talked me and my boyfriend in to buying a better bigger tv. he informed us of all the benifits that come along with the protection plan so we purchased that as well. so far have not had to use on the new TV but nice having peice of mind if anything goes wrong

TV developed fine horizontal lines couple months ago, picture sometimes delayed coming up on my 50” TV. Called Geek Squad and the next day servicemen were here, parts ordered and they were back a week later. Upon their inspection they called for the TV to be replace, they delivered the replacement & took away the damaged one. The only cost to us was a new protection plan (5yr) and being patient a couple weeks

I’ve had extremely good luck with extended warranties. I’ve gotten a replacement for every item I purchased the plan for! The one TV I didn’t get one for, just burned me! It was a top of the line Sony and the repair estimate was $10,000.00!!! Buy the warranty. It’s worth every penny.

1000 % necessary on any and all devices through Best Buy always and I mean always under no circumstances could you ever go without purchasing one of these perfect warranties with zero deductible and from how it was explained to me hopefully Best Buy ensures everything from car home medical and life insurance soon your other Best Buy is to buy a bunch of Best Buy stock immediately no matter what the market looks like right now such as I've done last year it's just as good as Tesla and we'll get even better in the years to come

Geek squad folks were great to work with. The protection plans offered by Geek Squad are a must. Selext the longest protection plan offered for your purchase.

I think it's important to get the protection plan. The first time I used it was for my dyson cordless vacuum. I got a completely new one because it could not be fixed in the store. But of course for the new one you would have to purchase a new protection plan. I've also purchased it for a TV but since it was my son who threw something at the TV (accidentally) and the screen looked chatterd it definitely was not covered. All I could get back was the protection plan money because it was still under the year I purchased it on.

Smart purchase. Why not buy a warranty for a new tv

Sounds like I'm an add but after I started getting these warranties I realized how amazing they really were. If something doesn't charge right they fix it/trade it in for a newer item, if you drop it they fix it/get you a new and or better one, even if you plug it into the wrong power brick and fry the device like I did to my old 3ds they'll let you trade it in for the new 3ds. No matter if it's a 50$ alexa that gets knocked off the table by your cat or a 1500$ tv that jumps off the wall they'll help and get you back up and running.

I got the 42” to use as a PC monitor and its been excellent. Blows away every other monitor I’ve used in the past and the added versatility is a nice value add. I’ve had no problem with the auto adjusting brightness limiter and don’t mind having to turn the TV on first (as opposed to how monitors will just wake from sleep), but YMMV.
