I’ve been getting service plans with Best Buy since the PS2 days. Never once has one not come in handy. They’re a must for me with high end purchases.

Never had to use geek squard last tv because of covid nobody could repair,recieved a credit for tv

Geek squad is the best part of shopping at Best Buy. When I go in to the store they are always helpful and work with me to resolve questions or problems. When they come out to set up or correct problems they are courteous, competent and are able to demonstrate how the product works. For those of us who are not good at technology they are a very valuable resource. Just know that if you need help during covid they are very hard to reach by phone - it is far better to go into the store in person and speak directly to one of the techs.

They do great work and help with all my needs even time I have a question they know the answer even ten years back when I purchased stuff for Best buy they can still help .

As luck would have it my issue was about to be resolved and then bam Covid hit and stores were closed. Even through all of this they took care of me. I was eligible for a product exchange and so I selected it from the website not being able to go into the store. But not having the benefit of a product demo and information to help me make my decision like would be done when physically shopping in the store, they sent someone to do that for me in my home when things opened back up to make sure I was satisfied with my decision. Thank you Best Buy every time!

Received brand new 75 inch Samsung TV with no delivery defects. Also received my purchase in anquick and timely manner. My new television produces a clear and ceisp picture with perfect smart app capabilities. I would highly suggest this product to anyone looking for a new television and for an affordable price.

Geek Squad Protection is a must for OLED TVs. I purchased the 5-year plan for a great price. I feel at ease knowing I’ll have Geek Squad coverage for the next 5 years in case anything goes wrong with my TV.

I had this protection service on my former LG TV that failed after 3 years of use. The Best Buy customer service personnel assisted me efficiently and effectively with guiding me through the process of selecting a TV and setting up delivery for my new replacement TV.

I'm glad to have purchased this agreement for my TV. The tech that assistsed me was knowledgeable, friendly and explained everything to me before leaving.

I mean its a must, if you buy somethint for a $1,000 don't you want to have some sort of coverage on it?

Always a must hands down. Never bought a single tv witjout this and its saved me nore times than i can count

Excellent coverage, you never know what could go wrong, No need to hassle going to the manufacturer, protect yourself It's an excellent price and product!

Thankfully I have not had to use the warranty but having it is definitely a peace of mind. Great price for it as well! It covers everything I would need it to!
