I will always get a warranty on anything I buy from Best Buy

My computer got hacked I took to the geek squad they solve the problem now I have a peace of mind knowing they have my back

I have used the Geek Squad in the past, and they have been very helpful. Knowing that you have someone to call when something happens to your product is a relief.

I purchased this plan for my new television because I would never know when it might need service..being on a limited income, I'm watching what I spend and everything counts..while I have never used the service yet it is satisfying to have peace of mind in case something happens.

the process was straight forward, my only complaint was that it was required by bestbuy to have ppl come out to my house to retrieve my broken tv and deliver the new one. I was more than happy to take it back to the store myself and swap it same day, but bc of bestbuy policy, I had to go 2 days without a tv.

The geek squad delivered my tv on time and the entire process was quick and easy.

5 year protection plan was affordable and gives you a extra layer of assistance if something goes wrong with your purchase.

The colors are unbelievable. It has built in surround sound. There are more channels and apps to count. I am very happy with this purchase.

Thankfully, I haven't had to call them about my tv, but I've had good luck with them in the past of laptops and other pcs.

Every time I buy a big item I buy it with the 5-year protection plan I haven't regretted it yet Best buy has honor the deal and I protected my family

I bought this protection plan because I bought Westinghouse TVs. Westinghouse is a great budget-friendly choice for people who don't need the ultimate performance in a TV set. Mine haven't actually required any warranty service. But I have read reviews on here that say the TV must be shipped to the manufacturer's site(s) for in-warranty repairs. That shipping cost could be significant, and that facility is across the country from me. With the protection plan, I can let the Geek Squad repair facility conveniently handle the repair or replacement. Shipping a sizable TV across the USA one way would cost more than the price of these protection plans.

Great TV for an affordable price :) Has a clear image and sound and was very easy to set up.
