The crew that came out to do the install were very polite, and neat. Had a problem with one of the products (component was damaged) they took care of it without any problems, In the past I would do my our install, but for the money it was well worth it, before they left they made sure all components worked to my satisfaction, will use them again, Thank you Best Buy and Sterling

This tv is wonderful is cuality pictures and everything you need is in the screen you no need boxes or pay dish or direct tv. The sound is very good.

Nice printer. Easy setup. Holds a ton of ink. For me it was a good choice.

You cannot go wrong with having peace of mind that if anything goes wrong with your product that it will be fixed or replaced. I have not had to use Geek Squad as of yet and hopefully I never will. One thing I did hear about the Geek Squad Protection is that replacement value of purchase goes down every year. For example if i purchased a $1000 tv and a 5 year warranty and after 3 years I start having problem and they cannot fix it and have to replace it. I will only get a credit of $400 towards a new Tv. I don't know how true that is but I did hear that from a BB employee.

Always always get the extended warranty you never know what can happen and bestbuys always come through.

Geek Squad was Excellent. They were very professional and answered all our questions. They did an excellent job installing our new TV entertainment center. Dallas was awesome!

For electronics and appliances, I always get as much protection as is offered. It pays off!

5 year Geek squad protection is an important addtion to have when you buy a new TV. They will come to your house to fix it and if it can't be fixed they will replace the TV with a TV with dollar amount up to what you paid for the TV.

1st TV was faulty. Got new one shipped out and no problems with 2nd unit

It’s nice to have a piece of mind that I have warranty over the TV and I did at first didn’t want to get it and then I decided against that and got it anyways and they just easily approved it so I like that that I don’t have to do a bunch of paperwork to do it

Haven't had to use Geek Squad yet which could be a good thing!

This has helped to get answers to all of my queries and give peace of mind that my TV is protected for the next 5 years (a typical life for a product like that). Bets part of this is that if my TV breaks / has any issues then Best Buy Geek Squad Total Tech Support will fix it and if they can't then either they will replace the TV at no extra cost or if the current TV model is no more available then I get the price of my TV back to buy another TV.

I purchased this Protection Plan for my 8K TV. I think it is worth it because BestBuy gives me the opportunity to deal with them directly instead of mailing stuff or 3rd parties. Specially, I have the piece of mind that if my TV needs to be replaced I will receive a new one instead of a refurbished one (It has happened before). In that case I rather buy a new one than getting something that has different defects of the one that I turned in (Specially with phones, it has happened more than once).

This plan is exceptional. I was able to have my Hisense 70AG6 replaced due to the cost to repair would not have been worth it. Definitely worth the extra money spent to protect your investment.

Very professional team installed my TV and took away the old one. All my questions were answered,

The Geek Squad Crew arrived on time. The were very considerate of our home. The wore shoe coverings. When they were finished they cleaned all the dust from hole drilling. Their installation of the TV quick, accurate and professional. After all the physical work was done, they spent almost 30 minutes showing and teaching my family how to use the new remote. They also showed the family all the new available features built into this TV.

I purchased Geek Squad for a open box TV I purchased and I give me a since of comfort. I like knowing if i have any problems with a large expense item, its covered by professional technical associates. I've used geek squad services in the past with my laptop and their services helped me in the most necessary time, during college.
