You must have Protection; we never know if items will stop working shortly. Technology is improving; however they are not perfect.

I would always get this warrant I hade it before and it always payed for it self

Some service contracts are questionable based on their trustworthiness. Best Buy/Geek Squad is a reliable choice when buying a service contract!

Purchased this warranty with my son's 43 inch Insignia tv. His tv went out within a year of purchase, and after I contacted customer service to let them know they did honor my warranty but let me know since I was getting a new item I would have to repurchase the warranty.

I haven't had to use it yet but it's good to have on standby just in case.

This was a gift to my husband and he loves it so much. There is so many great thing not only for him but me as well

Worth EVERY CENT !! if your phone starts acting wonky or goes kerplunk GEEK SQUAD to the RESCUE !!

The Geek Squad agent was very polite and helpful!! He corrected the issue with my Samsung Smart Tv very quickly the agent was very friendly and really was most qualified geek Squad member I have ever had the pleasure of being serviced by this knowledgeable and very professional person

Highly recommend signing up for the Geek Squad. Whenever I have tech issues, I can easily contact them and get help over the phone or make an appointment to see someone in person. They really do help you try to resolve computer issues and answers your questions. I also contact Best buy corporate for geek squad help and everyone was so professional and nice.

My Geek Squad service is very awesome and the delivery is very seamless ! Have never regretted buying from Best Buy

My previous TV went out no picture or sound. I had a service tech come out to my house and looked over what was going on. He had to order parts for my TV. Once the parts was delivered to my house he came out a second time (both times were free of charge). The TV still would not work. So with the warranty, I got the price that I paid for the TV in a Best Buy Gift Certificate. I then purchased my new TV and still had money left over on my gift certificate. Also the service tech that came to my house was very knowledgeable and helpful. Very pleased

I honestly never needed to use the service, so hats off to best buy for having quality items that outlast their warranty!!
