Gsp is a must for all my products from best buy. I dont really recommend totaltech if you don’t need computer help. But if you are a frequent buyer i recommend just purchasing the geeksquad protection plan on your items. If you purchase totaltech youll be paying more for the membership every year than the plan outright for each item.

Geek Squad 5 years plan save my bacon on TV’s twice now, it’s a must have for any owners purchasing at Best Buy.

Growing up we always had the talk to use protection and I use the same concept for my TV purchases. Using protection gives you the peace of mind that you can do anything and if something goes wrong you have protection.. Sometimes I feel like my TV spys on me but I consider it a friend because I spend all my time with it.. Things are getting serious so pick your protection plan wisely, you may want so settle down.

We haven't had any issues yet with our purchase but glad the support is there if needed.

Geek Squad always someone ready to answer your questions and at the ready when you need to make an appointment.

The agents who actually came in to help were good at what they did and were reasonable and good to talk to and help me with my problems. The only problem i have with them is getting in touch with them was way too time consuming. I had to call 2 different hotlines which took over 3 hours to get in touch with an actual human being then eventually was told to call another hotline I gave up and scheduled an appointment online which after another 3 hours of waiting finally got me in touch with someone who could help me. Again the service is great, but it might take you an entire day just to get the help.

I always get the Best Buy warranties, they are great, never had a bad experience when i had to use my warranty. Worth getting.

TV failed after 2 years (hdmi ports not working anymore). Luckily I had the geek squad warranty on it and was able to exchange it for an upgraded model. Can’t go without putting the warranty on my electronics for sure. I wish they had it for apple items as well, but I get it.

I would recommend the service protection from The geek squad from Best buy it's affordable and service is great so go grab some geek squad protection on your appliance ,TV or any electronic that is offered on

I was able to get my tv delivered the next day. It was soo fast. They delivered it for free. Someone from the Geek Squad contacted me right away in the morning. I was there first delivery. It only took them 15-20 minutes to get to my house. When they got here. They asked me where I would like it. They placed the tv where I wanted it. Then they were gone it was quick and painless. I would for sure recommend the Geek Squad.

Great tv hidden feajtures that are free, great high resolution and the size is just perfect for a room Would highly advise you to get it

Nice tv picture quality but you have to sign into samsung every single time you do anything on this tv because SaMGSUnG suksballs
