Definitely worth the money after 2 years my other TV suddenly started acting up very strangely they replaced it outright brought me a brand new one right to my house I think that says it all

Provides peace of mind for any sorts of incidents! The squad member helping me definitely made it clear what was covered so I could be confident in my coverage.

I really hate the geek squad when it comes to cell phones, but, my TV experience with geek squad was exceptional. They were quick, and had some options I wanted at a super low price. They were also ready to take care of my situation, before I was, that is quick service

I normally am conflicted, should I purchase the warranty or not? Save some money? Boy was I glad to have made the purchase. The fees associated with repair/replace the item exceeded the amount for Geek Squad warranty. I highly recommend everyone consider this warranty to cover your purchases.

I favor buying from Best Buy largely because of their Geek Squad for technical questions!

I'm so glad I purchased the extended warranty when I bought my 55" insignia Fire TV. I had to exchange for another one after a month and then exchange again for an upgraded brand.

Out of all warranties I’ve ever purchased Geek Squad is the only ones I truly trust.

Nothing better than security when buying a bigger appliance. The few times I've had to use my protection plans have been very easy to manage. Best buy is great with the service they do.

Several times in recent weeks when I purchased my merchandise I make sure I get the geek squad I've been with Best buy for over 13 years and geek squad does a excellent job when it comes down to taking care of customers merchandise so if you don't have that warranty make sure you get that warranty because geek squad will take care of you

The protection that this plan covers is needed in my opinion with unforseen technical issues that may arise later. All electronic purchases such as TVs should have a plan that exceeds the standard warranty as you're adding an extra blanket of security on your investment. This is one of the reasons that I primarily opt to purchase from Best Buy for my television purchases due to the affordable plans that you're able to add. Great value for sure.

Geek squad was excellent. Clean install and took all garbage with them. Wouldn't even know they were here. Perfect.

Usually, I never get the extended warranties, but in today's age of electronics, its a sound investment.

I'm an electronic dummy. I'm still stuck in the 70's and 80's. Like an old Hippy. This Insignia Fire TV I purchased leaves me in Awe. I am so happy with it it works great
